Arrival Story:
Another rescue person found her and couldnt keep her so she brought her to me. I knew from the first couple hours that I'd be keeping her.

Bio:
Rosetta (lady who we got her from) found her in a major interesection in Raleigh, NC wandering and dodging cars. She stopped her car and called the little dog to her and Rosa barely escaped getting hit by a BUS! But now Rosa is here and has gotten groomed (as you can see in the pics she was in need of one!), gotten her shots, tested negative for HW's (yay!) and is overall healthy except that she is a little skinny from being out on her own and is blind in one eye from a cataract, the vet said is due to poor genetics.
