Arrival Story:
Toby was my first Boxer and I adopted him in 2004 from a couple who had a new baby. Toby was an angel as he came to me at a time when I really needed the love and companionship he so happily gave. In August of 2008 Toby began to show signs of some severe physical condition. Doc discovered that Toby had cancer, which was common to the boxer breed. I brought Toby back home to say goodbye to his companion Sugar, and daughters Lucy and Goocee and over the next couple of weeks we showed him our undying love. As his condition worsened and he could no longer walk without pain I felt I had no other choice but to have him put to rest. That day was a day of grief and remorse as we had to say goodbye. Toby's ashes were returned home to me and his memory will live on as long as I can take a breath. Toby was a father twice and left his legacy in the form of many pups, 2 that continue to bless my life and many other beautiful boxers that bless the lives of those who made Toby's babies their own.
