Arrival Story:
Winter's parents really wanted a dog for months and kept going to the shelters and looking, but we were not allowed to have a dog in the apt. we lived at. As soon as we signed a lease to move into a house where we could have a dog, we got restless and started looking at the dogs on the shelter webpages again. We came across Winter at the South Central Shelter. Instantly we fell in love with Winter from her picture. The next morning was the first day Winter could be adopted. We woke up at 6am to beat the traffic and he drove to South Central to get Winter.

Bio:
We think Winter is part Husky (blue eye), part white shepherd, and possibly part lab as well...but who knows for sure?

I was at home minding my own business when mom and dad kept cooking all morning. This huge bird smelled great and I kept trying to get a better whiff of it.

Soon, all these people invaded my house and they got to eat the bird. I stayed in my room b/c there were these little people like my size in my house. I was afraid of them. They were little and funny looking. I didn't know what they were so I stayed in my room all night. Mom and dad were worried about me, but I was just staying safe, away from those things they call kids.

I don't like people my size. How did they get so little?
