i have wanted a dog for a while and when we bought our house my husband finally said okay. i sent him a barrage of emails with pictures of adoptable pooches. i found josie, nee bowzer, and he emailed me back that "i would adopt this dog". they met, fell in love and now we have a third furry creature living with us...oh so much hair.
Bio:
we think joze may have some doberman in her. She's rather protective of me and she's got the deep chest and her ears are set the same as dobes. Boy, we would have loved to have seen her as a puppy!!! oh, and she is a velcro dog!!

They went, they're back, all is right in the world again. Our Aunt was here with us and she was fun, but nothing is better than Mom and Dad.
Now I'm all about chewing on the chew stick. The cats are trying to get it, I'm sure, but they aren't gonna get it!!

Usually Mom has at least two days where she and I and Dad get to go do stuff. She's been working an awful lot lately. I think the cats may be right, but I would never tell them that!! I don't want Mom and Dad to go anywhere though, unless I get to go too!

I hope when Mom gets home from that place she goes everyday she and Dad will take me on a walk. Actually I'd really love it if they would let me off that stupid leash so I can chase all the squirrels at the park. I don't think they'll do that though, it's been since last winter that that happened. Then I went a little nutso and didn't come back when they called. What did they expect? It was the first time I'd really seen "snow" and I got caught up in the moment.
Man I want to go for a walk tonight...(as if she doesn't get to almost every night)
