Remus the thief

Remus has been staying with us because my nana has gone away. Remus is a 4 year old, hyperactive, fully untrained, english bull terrier/lab type mix thief.

Everytime he comes he steals Barney away from me. I end up sitting by the gate all by myself and Barney is always off with Remus. I have to keep going over there and humping Remus so he knows im in charge of things round this backyard!!!

Thankfully Barney hasnt played with Remus so much the last couple of days coz I get left out. Remus is used to being on his own but I always have Barney so I hate when I have to share him.

Mum even moved the kennel so he could sleep with us!!!! Luckily he doesnt even like kennels and he just slept right outside the door of ours.

I do like Remus becaus ehe is fun I just hate it when he steals MY Barney!!!

Early morning beach fun

Yay. This morning we got to go to the beach. usually mum doesnt take us til the afternoon but coz dad took the human baby to school we got to go early. I hope this means we get 2 walks today...that would be great! Mum tried throwing sticks for Barney but I dont think he knows what to do with them....just secretly I think hes a bit dense although mum tells me otherwise. I spent most of the time at the beach carrying round a rock just about the same size as my head. Mum tried to make me put it down but I refused. I really like rocks...I like to dig them when they are on the beach until there is a nice little moat type thing all arond it. Then I pick them up and carry them along for a while, drop them and start all over again. Today though I just practised carrying a really big one round the whole time. Mum doesnt like me playing with rocks coz I have a couple of chipped teeth but I have been doing it ever since I was a puppy and shes not clever enough to stop me now...besides if she did Id sulk for a few days just to make her feel bad.
