Arrival Story:
We lost our Molly in November (a month after we adopted Niyati) to cardiac failure and it's been so strange since then. Molly was my complete soul dog and every day without her is painful. :( So even though we had our three dogs, it still felt like something is not right. EVERY foster that came through I found myself obsessing with the thoughts of keeping them, since Molly died. Narnia big time. Buck, Dempsi, Nehemiah, Celerity, Grier, others. I had decided maybe it was time for me to get on a puppy list with a marvelous breeder that I know and respect. If there were any breeder I would ever go to it would be her. This way I could look forward to something and keep my mind off of adopting fosters. I've never gotten a dog from anywhere but a shelter or rescue, so this would be new. Well, the breeder had this guy on her website -- Rocker. I fell in love immediately. He wasn't a puppy (15 months old) and it wouldn't be in a few years -- he was available NOW. So all my grand plans went out the window. She directed me to Marcia in WA who had Rocker back from his first home. We waited almost a month to get him out here, but he's here now and we LOVE him so very much!

Bio:
Braxton came to us on Monday, June 19th. He's not been here long, but he's already part of the family and fits RIGHT in! Poor baby gets snipped on Friday. I cannot wait for him to lose his jewels. :) He's been a firehose here.
