North Texas Weim Rescue when we decided Gus needed a big buddy to play with, since not everyone can handle a Weim, there are many good dogs seeking appropriate human pets. If you know anyone in the TX, OK, or LA area that is deserving of adopting a new family member as opposed to owning a dog visit www.northtexasweimrescue.com. they are great people helping great dogs but not every application is guaranteed to be approved. If you are not looking to adopt but want to help in any way there is a link for that as well.

Bio:
59 lbs and all ribs and backbone when adopted, as of 6-3-6 vet check up -82 lbs of health and happy weim! NEWS FLASH, those crazy people that adopted me adopted a new brother and is he a pest!!!!! I was bigger than him four months ago and that big pig is now over 100 pounds of pure muscle. He sure has been a lot of help keeping the yard safe, but, he isn' the sharpest knife in the drawer. He came in the other night bragging that he had a black and white squirrell in his mouth!!! pee-yew! It was a skunk you dummy, oh well what can you expect from some Russian dog named Boris. Check out his page...he is a hoot!

I am such a good girl. A big mouse came in and it was my duty to get it. The boys were asleep and when mom woke up, there it was DOA! I am the hunter in the group. Except for the skunks, I am the big hunter. Mom was so excited, she gave me a big cookie.

PS Santa was here and I got cookies and a toy! He must have been excited too! Mom dressed us up in raindeer antlers and jingle bell collars and took pictures. She said we were so sweet! She had to bribe us with cookies to make us look at the camera!

Well my brother Craig was home for a visit from Australia. It was great to have another bed to sleep in. I love it when he comes to visit. I get to sleep with him and the boys don't bother me.

Ooops, now he is gone and so is mom.....just me dad and the boys. Craig took mom with him for a few weeks. Is that fair, I don't think so. Now we have to wait for Dad to get home for any company and he's gone all day. Plus it's been cold here and she is on something called a beach...wonder what that is?

Come home mom, come home.........

I love to run!

My folks are mad at me cause I can't seem to control the urge to stay inside the fenced yard. Even though I have 5 acres to run in I love to get out and run the neighborhood. I did this in my old home which is why I ended up in the klink to begin with. My new folks rescued me and I have been a handful since.....just wired that way. I can escape with the greatest of ease and the boys just follow. We have a big dog door and it is really neat. Last night we went out the dog door and found the new hole I made in the fence and went down the alley and checked out the neighborhood. It was great! Of course Gus went home early and woke Mom up and she discovered that we were gone and was not happy. Now Dad put up an electric fence. I don't think I can find a hole in that. Darn.......
