Arrival Story: Found Nathan when I was looking for a small dog as my pet, when they put him in my arms, I did not want to put him back down for fear they might send me home with the wrong pup. Mommy and Daddy were gone for two weeks cause they went to some place called Ireland. Mommy said she missed me terribly and she even drempt about me. I didn't really have time to miss her because my sister was staying with me and she took me to her friends house and they had 4 big dogs, a turtle, a bird and even a monkey. I loved playing with the monkey, except it scared me a few times because it makes a loud noise. When my sister brought me back home, my cousin Rico, the Jack Russel came to stay with us because his mommy went a giant mouses theme park. After Rico went home, my sister took me to the airport to pick up my Mommy and Daddy. Its a good thing my sister took me for a walk first because I was sooooooo excited to see Mommy and daddy that I could have pee'd myself.
Mommy wasn't really looking for a dachshund, but when she saw me at just 6 weeks old, she just could not resist me. Now, I go everywhere with Mommy, I go to work with her everyday, we go to South Beach and we have even traveled to Michigan. I love to wear my doggles when I'm in the car and I love to run in the snow..... except when its high enough to touch my belly. I don't know what I will do without my Mommy when when she travels to Ireland for 2 weeks. We are together all the time. Maybe, my older sister will stay with me when my Mommy is traveling, that will make me feel beter.
