Niko is a food hoarder. If he could he would eat everything we give him. That's why he's my fatty and will be excercising all this summer!

Favorite Walk:
He likes to go wherever I take him. He's my happy smiley dog always wanting to please.

Best Tricks:
He know how to sit, give a handshake and usually he's cute when he sits and listens to you talking.

Arrival Story:
My friend gave this dog to me b/c her brother-in-law was dating this lady and was breeding Shelties. They thought that my family and I would be happy to have another member in the family since we lost our first dog, Chubby. I said yes, of course, that same day. My brother named him Niko b/c he wanted the dog for himself. There was no way I was giving this little baby to him. Overall he's loyal to all of us. I got both Niko and Bijoux around a six month period from each other. I would never have known, at the time, how great shelties are. They are loyal, great companions, lovable and the nicest dogs anyone would ever meet. Everyone who comes in contact with him always ends up loving him as much as we do. :)

Lives in D-Town with his little brother Bijoux. Recently passed away Feb. 18th, 2009

It was sooo much fun today...mommy, her boyfriend, and I went to the Mega March downtown. There were tons of cute dogs, from German Shorthair Pointers to Bloodhounds. Whew!!! I am sooo doggone tired. The only thing that sucked was that I broke one of my toe nails and it started bleeding while i was walking. Soooooo mommy's boyfriend carried me all the way to the car. I'm fine now, got some medicine on it, still just a bit sore on the little toenail that broke. :P

Cute Story :)

Mommy's friend, Autumn, her boyfriend's sister, found a cute little 5 month old German Shepard last weekend and everyone fell in love with it. Can you imagine this happy go lucky dog wandering around the freeway service drive and on a pretty rainy at that? Well, the dog's tag only listed his Vet's office address and phone no. We all wondered who it belonged to. Well, we had to write this little story down b/c this cutie pie was soo afraid of any dog growling or barking at him that he would jump straight up for a hug to mommy. She's not too tall, average height, and imagine this dog towering over her when he stood up already. It was soo funny watching this puppy running around, drinking out of the toilet bowl, eating and chewing everything in sight around mommy's room that we all just have to laugh.

In the end, little Fuller was happily returned to it's rightful owner and now his owner has been soo sweet to let all of us know that we can go visit him anytime. Oh and mommy reminded him that he needed to purchase a tag with their name on it and cell phone no. to make sure if Fuller gets away again the ppl who find him know who to call...not the Vet's office. Now, mommy thinks she wants a big dog b/c he kept hugging and kissing her. BOL!!!
