Best Tricks:
Chloe sits stoically, if unhappily, through the evil that is bathtime. Afterward, she wipes the remaining wetness (or is it the clean scent?) off herself by diving between pillows, under blankets, into beds, and writhing around frenetically until dry.

Arrival Story:
Chloe's daddy did some work for a friend who lived on a farm with a lot of Jack Russells. The friend had lots of dogs, but no dough. So when two litters of puppies were born, he gave our family three puppies as payment. Chloe caught our eye because of her beautiful coloring, her sassy strut, and her sense of adventure. She was the first puppy to open her eyes and the first who was willing to navigate stairs. The breeder had named her "Rascal" because she is quite mischievous, but we changed her name to Chloe because she looks like a Chloe.

Bio:
When Chloe is happy, she crows like a rooster, and prances and dances. Chloe knows all the different places where we keep food she likes and is very sneaky when she craves something. It is quite dangerous to leave a bowl of cereal unattended on the kitchen table, because she will find some way to get up there. Chloe's antics are always entertaining, and she is happiest when she makes her people laugh. She is shy and can be stubborn, but very sweet and loyal, and once she gets to know someone, she will be their friend for life.
