They say memories are golden
well maybe that is true
I never wanted memories,
I only wanted you.
A million times I needed you,
a million times I cried.
If love alone could have saved you
you never would have died.
In life I loved you dearly,
In death I love you still.
In my heart you hold a place
no one could ever fill.
If tears could build a stairway
and heartache make a lane,
I'd walk the path to heaven
and bring you back again.
Our family chain is broken,
and nothing seems the same.
But as God calls us one by one,

This morning my family found me passed away under the tree. They think I got into poison or something because I had been throwing up and stuff..Last night I pooped blood and mommy said I needed to go to the vet. The vet said it sounded like poisoning but there was nothing they could do about it if he's already pooping blood. They said maybe I'd pull through on my own..Well I didn't and now I'm at this beautiful place! I sure miss my family, though. Dolly misses me really bad. She was licking me in the face this morning when Daddy was burying me. She's gonna take it the hardest of all the pets in the family. We were really close and loved each other soo much! I took care of her when she was sick and she did the same for me. My family's really upset because it was so sudden and unexpected. Everyone take care of them for me until we all meet again! I love you all...

Well, today I played with my little sister Dolly a whole lot! We played ball for the longest time. I got tired and she still wanted to play. She was jumping all over me and barking at me. I was worn slap out. Then my mommy brought me inside to eat. I got to eat some of the chicken daddy cooked yesterday. It was soo good. I accidentally made a huge mess all over the floor, though. Mommy didn't seem to mind that much. She came over and tried to pick it up but I thought she was trying to high five. She was laughing so hard at me and I didn't understand why. It kind of embarassed me. Then I had to go back outside. As usual I put up a fight and lost. I sure know how to get their minds off putting me out, though. I can make them laugh because I roll over on my back and push their hands away with my paws. I hate having to go back outside after coming inside and getting to play with the little dogs. Well, hopefully something interesting will happen tomorrow too!!
