Days of my life I want to share with you

It is almost Howl-AWeenie time again!

We are so excited here at our house! Mommy and Daddy been draggin' down boxes and boxes from the attic and they been decoratin' like mad! We got ghosties and goblins and all kinds of stuff all over the outside of the house! And I know what this all means! Yes I do. It means Mommy is gonna try to put some silly clothes on me and make me sit pretty for some stupid pictures again! There better be some serious Liv R Treats for after is all I can say!
To all my furcuzes and furfriends - remind your people that they gotta be careful about what they leave layin' around about now! Peoples gotta put chocolate way high up out of our reaches cuz chocolate and lots of other stuff can make us very most sick! So all of you out there - have a GREAT Howl-AWeenie and most of all, have a SAFE and HAPPY Howl-AWeenie!

HOORAY!!!!! California SB 250 is D*E*A*D!!!!!

Icee and Emmy are dancin' for joy today while I supervise from my favorite spot on the sofa! We be celebratin' because California SB 250 - the law that would have let peoples come into a house and take away any dog that wasn't spayed or neutered! BAD BAD BAD law! - has been killed D*E*D - DEAD! Now, everyone knows a good pet should be spayed or neutered! That's just common sense! But no one should be able to come and take us away from our owners and do serious operations on us or even KILL US! No law should allow that to happen and this was a BADBADBAD law for sure! Hooray to the California legislators who still have common sense rattling around in their brainboxes and KILLED THIS BILL! Let's just hope it STAYS dead!

It's the Silly Season once again!

Seems like we were just doing this yesterday, not a whole year ago! The Silly Season! The only time of year Mommy insists on stuffing me into silly collars and sweaters and coats! The only time of year Mommy insists on getting me and Icee and Emmy to sit in front of the fireplace and look pretty while she tries to take our picture! The only time of year when excellent - truly excellent - smells come from the kitchen and we don't hardly even get a taste of all that wonderful food!

Of course, it is also time of year Sandy Paws comes and brings us new toys and treats and chewies and all sorts of packages to sniff and ribbon to chew. That part is seriously wonderful and I'm the first to go on record as saying I am a BIG fan of Sandy Paws! And since I have been most perfectly good all year (we won't get into the incident of the flower beds because I am innocent - innocent I tell ya! That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!) I am sure to get most of the treats and specially the Liv R Treats Sandy Paws is sure to bring.

So to all my buddies and pen pals here on Dogster I want to wish you a wonderful holiday and hope Sandy Paws is good to you, too! And maybe you will be lucky and your Mommy won't expect you to wear a perfectly silly-looking ruffly collar or stupid Sandy Paws coat at your holiday party!
