Arrival Story:
I work with an all breed rescue and Hank was one of our foster dogs last summer. We had recently lost our beloved Griffin and were looking for another dog. We missed poor Griffin and so did our dog Charley. Hank and Charley grew to be buddies and he grew on us as well so we adopted him. He's been a handfull but we love him to death. He came from a pretty rotten home so we think he deserves to be spoiled. Don't all dogs?

Bio:
Hank loves to play and have fun but he absolutely hates riding in the car. Good thing that our vet, kennel, obedience school and dog park are only a short drive away. Poor guy starts to drool as soon as he's in the back of the car. I'm still hoping he'll outgrow this. Hank is currently in obedience (Novice) and is working towards his Canine Good Citizen award. If he could get through his riding in the car issues, he might make a good therapy dog. Hank loves everybody. Especially Golden Retrievers.
