Anne's back to narmal (almost)

My Anne's almost back to normal, and with the weather getting better she's taken me for great walks.
We went by the river twice last week, along the outside of Bushey Park. There's a pull-in spot for cars so we park there, then we cross the little bridge and walk along beside the river.
We meet plenty of other dogs there.
We also went to Tymon Park today (the Limekiln rd. entrance).
Anne took a few photos.
It wasn't a long walk and it was nearly time for DINNER.

I LUV MY GRUB.

Me, a tourist?

Felt like a tourist in my own town Wednesday, Anne brought me to a new groomer.
A friend of the family was going in that direction and so Anne and I went with him. It was a big VAN .... a bit like a pick-up truck. I sat in the middle passenger seat and Anne made sure I wore my seat belt.
I was SOOO high up, I could see everything.
Some of the buildings were MUCH bigger than our house. I saw more people than I ever saw before, but I didn't see many dogs. I did see one really good looker and I gave him a whoof whoof snort, Anne says it was as if I was giving him what humans call a wolf-whistle.
I turned round to keep looking at him, but I couldn't see out through the back of the van.
Then Anne left me at the groomers. Wasn't too bad, I enjoyed some of it; but really loved it when Anne came back for me.
I look great in my summer clip and Anne's going to take a photo for dogster, just 'cos I want to show off.
We went back a different way, and we stopped off at a tiny park wen Barrie went off to do something.
We got back in the van and at a set of traffic lights a bus pulled up beside us. Some women in the bus did a double-take when they saw me and pointed me out to their friends.
I felt great and so did Anne.
It was fun.

We've had nothing but visitors recently. Anne's Aunt stays with us ever year and she's great. She takes me out sometimes and I don't tell Anne. f she doesn't know I've been out, she MIGHT take me again ...
Doesn't always work, one of the family tells her.
Anne doesn't really mind, she often takes me out again even if she does know.
I've been getting al sorts of treats, and extra hugs and even bits under the table. (Don't tell on me, that' s not allowed)
Anne has to eat quite abit to build herself up, so she has loads of those Kellogs Nutrigrain and I beg a bit. When she gets a mini-pack she shares it with me mmmmm.
I've been slipping into Anne's Aunt's bedroom sometimes, just for a change and she'll be going back to America soon. Anne doesn't mind too much, just as long as I give her a big hug cos she's my real human mom.
