Arrival Story:
Camille was bought at a petstore in Kansas City, Missouri. We paid $30 for her, this cost basically covering her expenses at the store. Camille was half toy poodle, half chihuahua. When she was acquired, the store called her and her syblings "poochies." Today we know this mix-breed as "chi-poo."

Bio:
Camille was born on June 18, 1988, and passed on December 21, 2005. She lived to the riped old age of 17 1/2 and was happy and energetic as a goat, even in her final days. Camille was a friendly dog, who growled only during play-time. Although she seemed intolerable of the afffection I tried to shower on her, she was nothing but overjoyed to see me when I returned home each night, and would sit by the door and wait for me if I stepped out. Her cuteness was a constant beacon to me, I always had to pet her or scratch her ears, but she seemed irritated by this attention, and would grunt, and lean away. Yet she followed my to every room of my home. In this way, we constantly "bickered" with each other. Her independant attitude taught me that a pet is to be not only cared for and loved, but respected as well.
