I found an ad for her. When I went to check her out the owner was keeping her in horrible conditions. I adopted her right away and brought her home. The first time she had ever been indoors was when I brought her into our home.
Bio:
Lucy is the sweetest little dog. She is extremely polite and loves to have her belly scratched. She may be small, but she sure can run!
