We adopted Sadie When she was about 6 from a family who was moving. They were sad to give her up, but it was the happiest day of our lives.
Bio:
Sadie passed away peacefully on June 5, 2004, after a long battle with kidney disease. Although her kidneys were failing, she was active and happy for months. However, in the week before her death she pretty much shut down and we knew the end was about to come. Her quality of life was so low that we made the painful decision to put her to sleep. We will always love and miss Sadie.
