Then a friend of mine for my Birthday gave me a 10 week old Husky, with all the work ahead of me. Looking back I couldn't imagine any other dog. He goes to work with me and plays with all the kids who come in and has become a more indentifiable figure at the store than I am and I own the place.

Lucky Charms

They're always after me Lucky Charms. They must hold some magical powers in them. For no matter where I *go* in life...there is soon a human in tow to preserve my Lucky Charms in a baggy to carry to and fro. I do not understand this ritual of picking up my I've concluded that there must be some magical thing in it for the humans to carry out such an odd behavior. I must not let them down...I must not run out of Lucky Charms...for surely their world would cease to have meaning. So I better be off to go thru the trash so I can produce a fresh supply of Lucky Charms tomorrow.

New Ears Day

Christmas was over. Santa and his reindeer finally had a chance to rest. And they deserved it. They had done a good job.

Rudolph had a chance to do something he had wanted to do for a long time. He made an appointment with a plastic surgeon because he was so sensitive about his looks.

However, it wasn't his glowing proboscis that he wanted changed. He was proud of his nose and the help he had given Santa because of it. No, he was sensitive about his long ears which were much more prominent than the ears of the average reindeer, or bear, for that matter.

So one week after Christmas, he let the good doctor do the reconstructive surgical procedure, and since that time, January 1st has been celebrated as ... New Ears Day.

On the twelfth day of Christmas my doggy stole from me:
Twelve fruit cakes,
Eleven silver sleigh bells,
ten chocolate Santas,
nine bags of tinsel,
eight pans of shortbread,
seven beeswax candles,
six pairs of stockings,
Five golden earrings......
Four remote controls,
three credit cards,
two hiking boots,
And a garland from the tree!

And that's when I hauled out the crate!!!
