Chunky-Butt, Junebug, Friar Tuck

Doggie Dynamics:
not playfulvery playful

Quick Bio:
-purebred-dog rescue

Tucker loves to run off with anything he can get into his mouth. Esp. kitchen towels.

He hates squirrels, and likes to lay in the birdseed out on the porch and torment the birds who are waiting for him to go back inside.

Favorite Toy:
His baby doggie, and anything he can steal off of the table/counter.

Favorite Food:
BBQ sandwiches...and anything that doesn't eat him first.

Favorite Walk:
Around the block with his Dad.

Arrival Story:
I found Tucker from the Daily Drool. A nice lady and her daughter saved him from being put to sleep. He had parvo and it caused his stomach to twist and he had to have emergency surjury. His previous owners did not want to pay the bills, so they wanted him put to sleep. His rescuer saved him from death. He got better and I read about him and told my Mom....then they met and it was love. He is such a happy boy now. No more abuse, no more name calling (they used to call him "Stop It") Now he is as fat as a ham and loves it.

Tucker has now come to live with us forever. My Mom passed away in June and my Dad passed away in November, so now Tucker has come to live with his bestest fur-iend, Gus. He has taken the changes very well. Sometimes I catch him staring at me--I just think he's wondering, "why am I here and where is my Momma and Dad" I guess I wonder the same things too. I do know that my Mom loved Tucker more than anything and that for the last 3 years of her life he made her so happy. I am so glad I found him for her.
