Saw ad on bulletin board at wal-mart, local dog grooming service had him...one of their employees found him on a 4-lane highway. Her kids had given him a name, but he supposedly told the "Pet Psychic" who works for the dog groomer his name was Pepper. He does answer to that name.
Very weird. (No, I don't believe in pet psychics).
Bio:
Vet says he is a Rat Terrier/Beagle mix about a year to 1-1/2 years old, he hates rabbits and mice; Loves children, is a face and hands licker extraordinaire, gets separation anxiety very easily.

Kids in the neighborhood told me that Pepper has been getting through the fence and wandering around the neighborhood...BUT he *always* heads home apparently just before I arrive home from work, so I won't suspect he's been out having adventures. !!
