Arrival Story:
After getting married we decided we really wanted a dog and could actually get one now. I found an add in the paper for beagles and we went to look. On the way there I was determined to bring one home. However, when we got there the pups looked big and they did not look like the 'usual' tri-color beagle that I had grown-up with. My husband loved them though and we picked the little boy with the most variation in color. He happened to be the one that preferred to do his own thing, leaving us and laying under the bushes with his hind legs straight out behind him. We had decided that he would be ours. Right before leaving with our new pup, we asked the seller when he was born. It was June 3rd, 2000--the day we got married! It was fate and we now say that our family truly was started on that day!!
