Arrival Story:
Zeus was in a pound, and was at risk of being euthanized, having already been brought back to the pound once already. So my husband and I saved him, and brought him home as the little brother of Panzer.

Bio:
We only had Zeus for about a month before he passed away, but there's a lot to tell. He had a hard life. He was left on the side of the rode as a small puppy, was found and taken to the pound, was adopted, and returned. Then we rescued him. Our 10 month old 85# lumbering giant. When we first brought him home, he could barely walk up and down the stairs, and could barely run 20 feet outside. He couldn't catch, even when I threw popcorn to him! He he learned quickly. And by the end, he was able to keep up fairly well with Panzer, and negotiated those stairs like a pro. He wasn't so fond still of playing catch, and prefered instead to chase after Panzer chasing after the ball. He was learning to catch his treats though. Zeus was an extremely wonderful and loving guy. He & Panzer once ran away...Panzer found his way home, but Zeus must've gotten lost. He was found at a local car dealer, where the salesmen brought him inside and played football with him for about 20 minutes until we got there. Zeus was only with us for a short time, but we miss him terribly...
