Arrival Story:
We adopted Rae and her big brother Dino from a guy who was moving and couldn't take the babies with him. So we took them in because they needed a home. And they almost have my husband and I fully trained!

Bio:
This past Friday night, we lost our dear little Rae. Poor thing was blind, going deaf, arthritic, could barely walk, and was losing weight. My husband and I discussed the possibility of putting her down because we didn't want her to suffer... Friday night, our hand was forced. She got into something, we don't know what, but her face started swelling up. So we knew it was time. We took her to the emergency vet, and they agreed that it was the best thing. So goodbye, Rae-Rae. Say hi to Dino for us...

I don't understand why people have to move so much. I get all nice and comfy in a lap, and then the person has to move. I could stay put in a nice warm lap (preferably with a blankie to keep me warm) for ever and ever. I try to get them to stay still, but they never listen. So I do my best to keep warm for as long as possible by warming my nose in their side, but they keep jumping and screaming "cold nose! Cold nose!!" Does anyone know what that means? Cold nose? Isn't everyone's nose cold? I will never understand...
