We sure had a great time over Memorial Day!

We went to this new hotel in Ocean Beach that was right next door to DOG BEACH. Can you get any better than that? How about a doggie run right outside your hotel room so that you can run and play with all the other dogs that are staying there too? We didn't even have to walk up and down stairs or walk a mile to find grass to do our business on...... Mom really like that :)

Dog Beach was really fun, there was an inlet where there were no waves at all. We could run and play and walk right into the water without getting spalshed by those rude waves.

It's been a while since Mom has updated and a bunch more things have been going on, but she said that will have to wait till next time.
She promises it won't be months..........

It's been a while........

Wow, we have been very busy and mom has not been able to update my diary for a while!

We had a great Christmas Vacation visiting my grandpawrents in Reno. It was my first time in snow, and even though there was not all that much I sure enjoyed rolling around in what I could find! We got to rent a van, and that was soooo cool. Sister Kona got the front seat next to dad, and lucky me, I got to sit, lay and cuddle next to mom the whole 7 hour ride. I was in heaven :P

I am taking intermediate obedience again only this time with dad :) Kona is with mom and everyone is so proud of how well I am doing with my seperation anxiety when mom is not around, or ignoring me when she is teaching Kona.

I finally did my last supervised nursing home visit this past weekend. The paperwork is in to make me an official Therapy Dog with Therapy Dog Incorporated. Mom is so proud of me, and I really enjoy meeting all the new people we go to see in the nursing homes and rehabilitation facilities. I really like the fact that it's just mom and I without the little pipsqueek hangin around!

Well.... I think we are caught up for now.

Passed the CGC and the TDI test!

Yeahhhhhh, Mommy was so proud of me this weekend! We went to a fundraising event for the Heaven Can Wait Sanctuary this weekend and met Rich who works with therapy dogs and handlers. He told my Mom he could test me right there if I were interested in participating in therapy work throughout the city. He tested me, and I passed! We just need three supervised visits with Rich to get me my beautiful green vest and get to spread my love around :) We would really like to do the reading with children! W'ell let you know how it go's.........

My new Sister Kona, she is here to stay!

Well everyone, she is finally here..... My little sister Kona. I was a little put off with Mom when she got into the car at the airport with this little brown fluff of a puppy. I was so excited that Mom was home, but I couldn't believe she had brought another doggie into our lives! I kinda liked being an only child, or so I thought.

This little shrimp is getting bigger by the day, and anything I have, she wants!
Even if I am still chewing on it, she sneaks her little head between my paws to try and join in! Can you believe the nerve??!!?? I guess she's okay, I sure get alot of playing time now. I still get my hugs and kisses from Mom and Dad, and they play ball with me as much as I want (of course Kona keeps stalking me on my return lap). Can't wait till I can bring her to the dog park and show her the ropes there! Well, gotta go, but will keep you updated :P

My New Sister

We are catching up, and we have some big news!!! We are adding a medium sized chocolate labradoodle to our family. Mommy is going to pick her up Sept 1st and fly back with here from Ohio. Everyone is excited, we picked her name out this weekend and it is Kona. Check out her picture she has her own page already. I cant' wait to start playing!!!

4rth of July Travel

We've been so busy that Mommy is late in helping me update my diary!!!

We had such a wonderful 4th of July visiting my grandpawrents. They have the best backyard to chase birds in, and play fetch. They live in Sparks NV and there is a doggie park that is on a marina with water. Last year I was the only dry dog in the place. This year, I dove right in BOL! I don't know what I was afraid of. It was soooo cool in the water and all the dogs played so nice.
Can't wait to do that again. Mommy, says she is worried now when we go to a park with water and ducks. I like ducks, maybe she should be worried ?!?!?!?

Invited to my First Birthday Party!!!

By best buddy Roxy had her first birthday celebration this month. We had so much fun, with lots of food and even a doggie birthday cake! Mommy put up some pictures of us and the cake. I'll tell you, that hat didn't last long, and she had to have someone else hold the camera because it was coming off real quick BOL

It's been a busy summer already, and I get to go to Daycare at least once a week and play all day :P Mommy says it's too hot to go to the dog park everynight and we have to go after the sun goes downs otherwise I overheat.
We are visiting my grandpawrents for the July 4th week and I can't wait!
COOKIES, lot's and lot's of homeade COOKIES! I'll eat a bunch for everyone!
