Arrival Story: After the heartbreak of putting my last 2 dogs down one year apart from one another (due to old age and illness), I was going to try to wait a year to help catch up on vet bills and do a little research on what I might get next. I was reading up on Border Collies and Aussies. I wanted an energetic breed and one that was going to keep me busy! Well, with all the reading I was doing, I started looking on the internet at pictures. I happened to come across this picture on Puppyfind from a breeder in Texas. I responded to it, and sure enough, he was still available. I talked with my vet and talked with different references that the breeder herself provided from people all around the U.S. that had purchased past puppies and ones from the current litter that I was looking at. Before I knew it, I was making arrangements to have him flown on a private charter on her lap! So much for my "waiting" a year...it lasted a whole 3 months!! Ryot is the best thing that happened to me. He didn't replace what I lost, but he did fill a void. He is exactly what I wanted and more. He is so smart and fun to work with. We do so much together all the time! He is a certified Canine Good Citizen and a Therapy Dog! We do all kinds of obedience, dancing and working on doing a drill team right now. He loves his trainer Miss Jane, and playing with all his dog friends!

I've Been On Dogster Since:
SO many pals stepped up for our pal Cheyenne, who is now safe at home.
Time to get those paws moving, this is a project with many purposes! The main goal is to get even more pups & people aware of BLUE's plight outside our immediate circles, it is also with hopefully the strength in numbers a way to show the ever watching dogster crew our efforts & determination (we have more reasons and ideas rolling that need dogster's support and partnership).
It involves diaries and a game of tag!
BUT it is unique!
What we need every pup to do is:
PLEASE
First write an entry in your diary titled "Feeling BLUE" (If you don't have a diary now is as good a reason to start if any!) Then write a message expressing how it feels to miss BLUE or friend or how you would feel if you were lost/separated from your family.
PLEASE include this information (ok to cut & paste) in your diary.
Blue, a black and white Siberian Husky (4 year old male, brown eyes, micro
chipped) has been missing since May 8, 2007 from Brighton, MI.

Permission and gratitude for cross posting. Thank you!
Next pick 5 to 10 pals* ****important**** make sure they are unique as in pals of yours that might not run in the same social circles as we want the tag to reach out not move in circles amongst us or tag pals with many different pup pals and send pawmail or rosettes including a message..
If I were ever lost, I would be the saddest Aussie there ever was. My mom means the world to me, and I don't think I could live without her. My mom always tells me that she could NEVER live without me either! I am scared of the dark and the thought of being lost makes me sad. I can't imagine being scared, cold, alone....hungry. I have my mom and dad on a tight schedule at home now, and I wouldn't want to think of anything in the whole world coming between us! I hope and pray to get Blue back home safe and sound with his family very soon!
So please, PLEASE, everyone who happens to read this, PLEASE send this to as many people as you can!!
Thank you!!!
