Arrival Story:
We were looking for a dog, and had been to several rescue centres when we decided to try the Brands Hatch branch of Battersea Dog's Home. We decided against going to the large one in London as it was the weekend of the Queen Mother's funeral and we thought London would be extremely busy. By chance we found Max, but he had to pass the "cat" test as we had an elderly cat at home & were about to get another kitten. He passed the test, and we took him home the next day.
