Arrival Story: I am from the same breeder as my new brother Jelly Bean, my littermate is going to live with our neighbors and good friends, so I will get to see him all the time!
Bio: I am was tiny black and tan longhair dappled piebald mini-dachshund. At 11 weeks old, when I came home I was only 3.6 lbs! *UPDATE* at 8 months old I am 10.1lbs and already bigger than Jelly Bean and Penny! Then at just shy of 9 months old I am 11.2lbs!!! Dappled Piebald Dachshunds- This is a Double Pattern
A dappled piebald dachshund is similar to the piebald, but there are dapple patterns in the piebald spots. Not to be confused with a Double Dapple, the dappled piebald will have ticking and usually has an even spot pattern. AKC can not register a dappled piebald because this is a double pattern and AKC will only recognize a single pattern.

On the very first day of this month, while Penny and Mommy were at Agility class, I decided to be naughty!
Left alone with Daddy, me and JB knew we would not be closely supervised. JB told me about the hole he had chewed once in the leather love seat! I had to try it! Daddy was busy on the computer, JB kept lookout in the hall, I went into the bedroom, hopped up on the love seat and started chewing with all my might! I did it!!! A huge hole, at the exact opposite end from where JB did his!!! Check out my page, I even posted a comparison photo. What do you think, I think my hole is larger than the one JB did! BOL!
Hellp pups! Yesterday we went to our dog school, Gemini Dogs, for a super Halloween Pawrty! We ate treats, visited with our instructors, did a costume contest (JB the Parrot dog won!) and had professional portraits done! Mommy can't wait to see them on the photographers website in a week!
I got to sniff the Agility Equipment to see if maybe after Obedience I might want to try it. Everyone thought we were sooo cute! We even met some other dachshunds that came! There were tons of other types of dogs too, even HUGE DANES! *strained neck looking up at them!* Mommy bought us a toy, and someother stuffs that people were selling. It was a great time!
One more day to Halloweenie! We are going to stay home and help Grammie give out candy while Mommy takes the kids trick-or-treating.
