Arrival Story:
Daunte was born in a puppymill in Missouri and rescued by Puppymill rescue because he had a lethal heart defect. He went to Michigan and had open heart surgery to correct a PDA, performed by Dr. Eyster at the University. He suffered cardiac and respiratory arrest when he was neutered. He continues to have numerous health problems, including rage syndrome, grade 4 luxating patellas and democoidosis.
