Favorite Walk:
Anywhere alone with my owner, I just love to go anywhere.

Best Tricks:
Spinning. I tend to give paw alot. Its amazing how quickly i can eat my dinner.

Arrival Story:
My owner wanted a dog of her own. Her mother finally allowed her to get one. after the picked a breed they went to get me. I was the largest of seven other puppies. I was the friendlist and rollie pollie. The breeders said i was the quietest. So my grandma pushed to pick me. My mom really wanted one of my sisters. But she was told me or no puppy at all. So I got my home

I love my family, and will protect my owner even from her father{who i don't know}. I love my little brother Macleod. He kept me company when Bonnie died. I miss Bonnie so much. When mmom would leave, i would become so crazied. I had way to much energy . I really hated being alone. I was so happy Macleod was there. He was my size and loved to play. It waw nice just him and me. Themn a year later Sam came in. I hate Sam. She came in and took all the love from me. I won't talk about the two cats! They leave me alone now that Xena is gone. I can jump extremely high, even though i'm kinda small. I love to play fetch. At eight years old, I learned how to roll over and spin around. I learned because i was jeoulus of that Sam. My favorite thing to do is bark. I bark at anything. That drivews my mom nuts. I know i shouldn't, but cant help myself. Afrer i bark, i lower my head and look around to see if mom saw me bark. If she is not to close, i keep barking. August 18, 2008 nala was put to sleep. She had two large tumors. One on her belly she had for over a year that was the size of a large orange. The second was on her left hind leg on the knee. It was the size of a pingpong ball then disappeared for a while, then came back about six months befrore she died. That tumor became infected and syptic. It doubled in size the day before we put her down. She started coughing and gagging late at night, then the next day she peed and barfed in the house and did not sleep in the bed but on the landing to the second floor. The next day she crawled under the deck and could hardly move. When finially she was taken out, she would barely move, but would look around and respond to my voice. That night, instead of sleeping in bed, a low box wiht towels and blankets for her comfort, she still left it to have an accident downstairs. She tried to make it to the back door even though it had to hurt her greatly. The next day she went tothe vets and was put down. She was not expected to live for over 13 years. Nala was an independant dog, but took greatly after her owner. She had a love hate relationship with the other dogs in the household, growling one moment and laying next to each other the next. She would do anything for a treat including training herself tricks like spin in a cirlce by mimicking the other dogs. SHe always refused to learn the speak command. Even though that dog would never shut up. SHe loved to bark at every little sound. One of her few flaws was that she would lay by the food and guard it growling at all who approached. But would not snap or try to bite anyone or animal. She was a great dog and I was lucky to have her in my life.

Sam did it again today. She stepped on me five times. the second time I yelled in pain. Then when I was chasing the ball, she pounced on me. Can you believe her. The nerve to do that to me. How dare she. All I was doing was playing with my human. I don't mind Macleod, he has an excuss for playing ruff, he's male. Someday I'm going to bite sam. Then lets see who she walks on.
