Roc is a Hurricane Katrina Rescue. I went down to New Orleans to rescue pets out of houses and brought back a souveneir with me. He started out as a foster dog, but he has stolen my heart and will stay.

Roc is a sweet, intelligent, neurotic little guy! He is a velcro dog and whines if he cannot be near me!
