Likes:
Chewing, on whatever she can find! Makes no difference if it's a brand new pair of Italian leather shoes or a old dirty sock. She loves to shower (not bath) and begs at the ledge of the shower if she hears the water running! :)

Pet-Peeves:
Her brother Ike. Subconsciously, Lava know's Ike is the boss so she constantly pesters him. He graciously puts up with it though! ...Why? Maybe becuase he understands she is still a baby or maybe it's simply becuase he loves her to much to hurt her :)

Favorite Toy:
It "was" a yellow squeaky ice cream cone, that is; until her brother got ahold of it. We bought many toys for Lava but Ike will tear them apart in a matter of minutes. Lava simply uses Ike's ears as chew toys now in return for destroying all her toys!:)

Favorite Food:
T-Bone Steak, Ice Cream and Pop Corn ......Spoiled? Yes she is! very much so!

Favorite Walk:
We live in Alberta, where the winters are long and the snow seems to take forever to disappear. Though she's been on few walks, she loves the park to run and play. She is a very high energy puppy and not to much slows her down.

Arrival Story:
I grew up with Cocker Spaniels and always knew that I would own one as an adult. In todays society, it's not uncommon for people to find love over the internet and that's exactly where I met my sweetie in July of last year, on a website called Lavalife. On Valentines Day this year I got a very special gift from my boyfriend; my new puppy. Suitably so, we've named her "Lava". Her name and presence is a sweet daily reminder that the combination of memories from the past and gifts for the future truly are the sweetest! :)
