Likes:
Roasted pig ears! He likes having his ears and belly scratched or rubbed and will lay on his back with feet in the air for as long as I'm will. His favorite spot is on the back of the leather sofa in my den..doesn't help the sofa much, but it's OK!

Pet-Peeves:
The doorbell irritates him extremely; does NOT like the gas meter reader AT ALL; he is a bit more aggressive than my other two (Little Man and Tucker) and is not happy when strangers arrive at the door.

Favorite Toy:
Which ever toy one of the other dogs has claimed!! The floor may be full of a variety of choices but each one will always want what the other one has. It's a loosing battle to referee that fracus.

Favorite Food:
No favorite...just anything that doesn't try to eat him first!

Favorite Walk:
He is more a couch potato than a walker but loves to walk the neighborhood. He is very apprehensive when walking and never leaves my side; never have to leash him.

Arrival Story:
I had been owned by Little Man for about two years when I decided to buy a new home and moved. This disarranged Little Man quite badly...difficulty adjusting to the new environment. The new house had huge back yard which I fenced immediatly after moving in and installed dog doors in the sun room. Thought that a companion for L.M. was appropriate because I was away 10 hours a day and he grieved from the lonliness and the 'different' place. I found "Corky" at a local breeder when he was 8 weeks old and just ready to leave Momma! I feared a little jealousy from LM but it was quite the opposite. He immediately adopted the new little fellow...would hold him between his front legs and bath him just like a Mom would do. They've been inseparable from day 1. TOTALLY different personalities but very compatible.

Bio:
Corky is one of the most beautifully marked Bostons I've ever seen. His white collar is perfectly symmetrical and very wide on his back, forming a stunning 'widow's peak between his shoulder blades. All four legs are stocking'ed and are very even in proportion. He has some vision handicap because he is a little "wall eyed" and doesn't see very well looking straight forward. I suspect this is what causes him to be a bit more skittery than either Little Man or Tucker; simply because someone has to get rather close to him before he senses who they are. You can tell from his picture that he has never missed a meal and is about 4 pounds heavier than he should be. We're going to work on that this summer!
