Arrival Story: When I was little I hated being left alone, I had what my moms call seperation anxiety. So my first mom gave me to my current moms so I wasn't left alone all the time when she worked.
Bio: I am a full bred Lhasa, but mom sayd I have a mutt-like disposition. My first mom kept my hair long, like a show dog. But man, my hair (Lhasa's have hair, not fur) would get all tangly, so my moms keep my hair really short and I love that. I can roll around and lay on my back and all kinds of stuff without getting all snarly. Early on I continued to have separation anxiety at my new home. My human mom Anne is home most of the time, but one day everyone went out for a day of shopping and I got all panicky and tried to get the front door open and accidently made a big hole in the carpet, when that didnt work, I tried to get out of the window and accidently ruined the window shades. Mom said that was a several hundred dollar lesson learned. I know that I felt bad when they were mad at me. When they all left me the next time, they locked behind the kitchen door, they thought 'what could he do in the kitchen' .... well, a phone book, for one thing, I torn it to shreds! I've mellowed out over the years, and I feel better being left alone, though I don't like it much. I try to be a big boy and I no longer does those destructive things. My mom Anne does put on a light and music when she goes out, so I don't feel so alone. As I have gotten to be an older guy, I am having a harder time getting up and down off the beds or chairs. I still try though, and can make it mostly on my own, but sometimes needs a hand. I still can chase those darn cats though! BOL

Well, I am now lucky 13! Yesterday was my birthday. Mom says I'm doing real good for a "mature" pup. Legs a bit stiff in the morning, those stairs are not always easy to navigate, but all in all, I am in pawsome shape.
I woke early this morning, everyone was so excited, so I got all excited too. I got a new baby! It's a bobo from Petsmart, it looks like a snowman. I spent a good deal of the morning trying to tear it's face off, but it is holding up pretty good despite my efforts BOL~
Mom and I hope everyone and every pup have a great day and take a moment to think about the pawsitive things in each of our lives, and to remember the true meaning of the season.
OMD, we just found out...I'm dog of the week. WOW! We have no idea how that happens, but we are so honored and flattered! Mom is being a total spaz, she keeps giving me head rubs and loves. I'm trying to nap here!
We have already received some very nice messages and gifts. Dogster pups are so completely pawesome. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
