Arrival Story: I got Lola and her sister Maggie from a breeder. I was supposed to get a male Pug, but I saw these two tiny little girls in a crate with their mommy (Miss Annie). Maggie actually had someone coming to look at her, but when I told the breeder that I would take both girls off her hands, she said "Oh well. They won't be happy, but if you're going to take them both..." Lola and Maggie have never spent a night apart, even when Maggie's been sick, they always stay together. I should mention that Lola was as reserved then and she is now. She made it very clear to me at 8 weeks old that she was not interested in going anywhere and resented being bothered. Some things never change.
Bio: They broke the mold when they made Lola. She is pretty anti-social, but not in an anxious or timid way. She really and truly only wants one thing in life and that's to sit on her Daddy's lap and watch TV and not be bothered. I've actually walked up to the house and looked in the window to find her sitting on the couch watching TV. Lola has been a grumpy old lady since she was 8 weeks old.
