Hey all you pups out there, my mommy is so confused, and so am I! I get these weird spells, and we don't know why. First, I start pawing at my face. Then I start scrunching up my face and make weird licking and smacking noises. Then I start drooling excessively (hypersalivation). And then my nose gets a weird color. And I start having sneezing fits. Then, all I want to do is lay in my doggie bed, and lick my paws cause I am drooling all over them. My mommy has to put a big terry cloth towel by me cause my bed gets soaked. So I just lay there and stare at my mommy, cause I am so scared, and so is she. She gives me benadryl cause that's what the vet says. But it doesn't seem to help. The vet says to bring me in when I am having a spell, but they usually seem to happen at night! My mommy sat up with me most of the night, petting me. We both finally feel asleep about 2 a.m. Then she woke me up at 6 a.m., and I was all better! This is how it always happens. We can't figure out what is wrong with me. It sure seems like allergies or an upper respiratory thing, but it comes and goes, with no rhyme or reason. She even checked my teeth, to see if I have gum disease. And I don't have bones or sticks stuck in my throat.
Does this happen to any of you pups out there? If so, my mommy sure could use some suggestions!

Hi to all my new canine pals! I'm so excited to be here! I thought my mommy was the only crazy one who likes to dress up her pups, but I see that I am not alone! Woof Woof!
My mommy is the best mommy in the world. She tells me that all the time! We've had it rough these past few years. First, my daddy left us. Then Maggie, my beloved Golden Retriever older sister, died. We were very sad for a awhile. But then we found Maddie, and she is the bestest little sister!
I try to be a good example for Maddie. But sometimes it is so hard! We sleep together every nite. We play together every day. We eat together. Well, I guess we do everything together! We drive mom nuts sometimes with all our "wrastling", lol. We are always underfoot!
Well, I am so happy to be here. My tail is wagging nonstop! Hope to meet more pup pals here!
