Arrival Story:
I was a volunteer at Houston Citizen for Animal Protection in 1999. My foster dog Laney was adopted by someone else before I decided to adopt her. I was devastated. One week later, Buddy came to the shelter. He looks so much like Laney, that I fell in love with him the first sight. He was obviously abused, scared of sunlight and any household noise. We believed we would be wonderful parents for him.

Buddy is a bilingual dog. He also has his own mind. Even if he understands what you are saying, he wouldn't follow the order if he doesn't feel like....
