Arrival Story:
My husband and I wanted a second dog for company for our Charlie. So we started looking for another lab. But we, again, didn't want to pay $1000. So when we were home (Eugene, Oregon) visiting my parents for Christmas, we started looking in the paper. We mentioned to my brother's friend that we wanted a lab. He said his brother just had a litter. So we went out to see the puppies. They were only 3 weeks old. We saw Mali and fell in love! But we couldn't take her home with us being that she was so young. So we asked one of my husband's truckers to drive her down. Four weeks later, after making the 500 mile trip, Mali was in our arms!
