Arrival Story:
My sister found Charlie on the side of a freeway all covered in grime, brought him home and cleaned him up. When My sister moved she could not take Charlie so he became my dog.

Bio:
When clean Charlie was pure white with curly hair. When he was younger he was far more active but he had arthritis in his back legs and couldn't always keep up with the other dogs.
