It is good to be home. Home sweet home. There's no place like home.

Ok, so the Pet Lodge Looks like a nice place. Happy, happy, fun, fun.
But that's what they want the folks to think so's they bring their birds and turdles and fishies and kitty cats and pups to stay there. They are in it for the muney, that's all.

Let me tell ya the truth 'bout the joint.

They handed Mommy our Report Card when she came to spring us out.

The report card has stuff like
Diet: ate well.
This means we ate the scrap of gruel they slopped into our tiny, dark, damp cell.

Behavior: well-mannered and friendly
Only cause we was threatened and we was skeered to act any other way

Friends: Eddie, Lane, Myki and Maki
Sure, they was on our same chain gang.

Staff comments: Loved goin outside to play with their new buds.
See above comment 'bout the chain gang.

Activities:
Lounging: meanin we was too weak to get up on account a because we didn't have much to eat

Mingling: this was where we went out into the prison yard 5 times a day and walked round and round.

Exploring: findin big rocks to dig outta the ditches they forced us to dig.

Fetching: that was mainly for Tux, they would throw rocks that looked like tennis balls for sum of the retriever type pups. Then they would laugh man-i-ack-ally when they pups would try to pick them up.

They took sum pictures of us "havin fun". I wish I could post mine on here. I fur real have a tear in my eye. They claim it was eye googie stuff but it was a tear. Really.

I sure am glad I am home. It may take me a really long time to re-coop-r-ate. But I managed to do sentry duty this mornin from my Love-Seat-Look-Out.

It's gonna be hard to un-remember all those memories of the Pet Lodge though.

Oh, Zoe, This place sounds just awful! Now you have an injury? We are glad you are home and could speak of your horrible ordeal in the jail hole.

Again, glad you are home - I'd ask for extra food because you have been starved!

Dadda promised to never take Sammie and me to any pet lodge place. They give all da monies to big sissors college so they can't do nuttin anywho!!!

Our house isn't finished yet and we are living in the garage...

That's okay, Zoe, Tux and Dover won't care. It will be like a big camp out and we could roast weenies around the trash burning fire and then chase the birds and other critters we find on our property. I'm sure they would have lots of fun here.
