Daddy has been gone for the past few days or hours. No more Mega-Walks or Mini-Walks with Daddy. He had to go sumwheres to help his Mom and Dad. They are Real old and his Dad got hurted falling offa tractor. So that's where Daddy is, axfurrly, he will be home later this evening. He is bringing Meat! Not Meatz™, but some real deal Meat from a moo-beast that usta live on their farm place.
Anywho, last evening, Mommy called us over to the gate and we all went out for a Mini-Walk around our place. We all started out and went through another gate out there. Me and Tommy and Tux know the routine. We can run around and sniff and pee and poop as long as we pretend to pay attention. Drover, not so much does he know the routine. He came through the gate and then went out again. Mommy called and called to him to come along with us. He went back in the yard.
Ok, so the rest of us continued on our Mini-Walk with Mommy. Until we got around the other side of the barn. Then Mommy could see that Drover hadn't stayed in the yard. He was sniffing around the side of the garage. Mommy called us all to come along. She wanted us all to come back in the yard. She was skeered Drover might take off out into the road.
So we had a real tiny Mini-Walk. Thanks to Drover.

I bet Daddy will take us on a real good Mini-Walk when he gets home. Drover can stay inside with Mommy.

You're lucky to go even on a micro-mini walk on your own property without a leash, Zoe! If I wanna go leashless, we have to get in the car and drive somewhere. Acfurrily, that's not so bad. I love car rides!!

Me & mama walked to the park with a lake. Is not far but I hasta wear my leash. Then when we's at the park, mama take my leash off. I s'posed to wear it but I's really good an' don't bothers pups er peeples. I stay with mama.

I hope daddy can take you ona real mini-walk, er efun a real mega-walk.
