 Quick Bio:
 Birthday: December 16th 1999
Likes: Anything edible, anything small and furry that runs fast, belly rubs, being surrounded by adoring fans.

Pet-Peeves: Kitchen appliances...toasters, microwaves, blenders all must die. Vacuums also must be destroyed at all cost.

Favorite Toy: stuffed squeaky rat, stuffed yellow dog squeaky toy.

Favorite Food: yes

Favorite Walk: around the hood

Best Tricks: Pippin has a whole repetoire of tricks that he loves to perform in front of anyone that will watch...as long as he is well paid. The yummier the treat, the better his performance.

Arrival Story: My vet has a Jack russell terrier that I just adore! When the time was right for me to go searching for a new dog, my vet's dog, Molly just happened to have given birth to a litter.
I thought long and hard before deciding to take on a JRT...I've heard stories...but after some extensive reading, I took the plunge and decided to share my life with a Jack Russell.
I got to see the litter at 4 weeks. My vet carries in this basket full of puppies and set it down on a table. All the other pups were crawling around, trying to climb out of the basket and amid all this chaos, Pip was flat on his back, sound asleep. I thought "that's the dog for me!"

Bio: Pippin actually has a job. His official title is "customer service specialist". He goes to work with his mom at a local pet store/grooming salon. In the mornings, before the store opens Pippin gets to hunt mice and help keep the vermin population down.
During the day, between naps, he acts as official greeter and gives rousing "hello" barks to customers and frequently is walked around the pet store area to perform tricks and get pets from customers.
He doesn't earn an actually salary, but he does get to eat all the mice he catches, and also gets small, healthy treats for performing tricks...Mom won't let him eat any of the cookies or dog candy that are sold in the store because he's on a raw diet.

Halloween festivities at the store today. Bummer was that Mom didn't let me hunt this morning...she said she was too busy. I like the costume mom put on me this year, it was just a jingly collar thingy, and she rarely made me wear the jingly hat. I loved the jingly thingys cause it makes people look at me and tell me how cute I am! I just love that!
There was a costume contest, but since I was an employee, and my Mom was one of the judges, I couldn't participate.....I know I woulda won....heck, I'm so cute I wouldn't even need a costume!
All in all, it wasn't too bad a day. I didn't get to hunt, but I did get lots of adoration, I heard "Oh, how cute" from everyone I passed and the lady that gives out samples of the fresh, whole food diet was there in the store as well. I love her, cause Mom actually lets me eat her treats! I love, love, love that lady!! Yum!
Well, it's suppertime....hmmm...I wonder what veggie I'm gonna get with my chicken wing?
