He likes licking the sides of chilled soda cans. He's a compulsive licker.
He hates loud noises.
"Eeyore's Tail" is his favorite toy. (It's a handmade pull toy I made from grey fleece.) He also loves his Kong.
Peanut Butter Italian Ice from Jerimiah's Italian Ice and wheat free PB cookies from Pookies.
Fleet Peeples Dog Park
He's great at not chasing the ball, and not getting up from the couch (He can be a bit lazy.)
Bob is a rescue dog. How anyone could leave him at the pound, I don't know. He is the sweetest dog in the world. We decided to adopt a dog of our own after dog sitting my "nephew dog", Baby Snowbeast. Beastie is a frequent guest of ours, so we knew that the dog we adopted had to get along well with him. So we started looking at Petfinder.com, and that's where we first saw Bob's little face...
Bob was rescued (along with his brother Benjamin) by Jaira Baco of Pekingese Rescue and Others. Benjamin was adopted first by another family. We were lucky enough to adopt Bob in November of 2005. Jaira brought him and his foster brother Rongo (a cute min pin) to meet us, and Bob and Baby Snowbeast hit it off right away.
I'm the Grieseball!

One year ago today I woke up for another day as usual at my foster mom Jaira's house. Nothing much unusual happened until she took me and a foster brother to visit some people. They were very nice people, and they had a little Chihuahua living with them in their little apartment, and they really really liked me!
Then the best thing happened- my foster mom and my foster brother left, and these very nice people became my mommy and daddy!
It's hard to believe it's been a whole year- let me tell you, I've had a lot of fun! Mommy and Daddy spoil me with lots of love and hugs and kisses. They brush me a lot, they buy me lots of cool toys and treats, they feed me good dog food, and they even take me to the park sometimes!
My mommy and daddy say that we're in for at least a dozen more great years, and they're so happy that they found me!

Mommy brought Snowbeast and me to work with her. She put our cozy bed, pillow & blankie in the kennel and then she LEFT US THERE! Well, we did see her running around at work a lot. And all the pet nurses and the vet thought we were very cute and sweet and I gave them kisses through the door. And we got to go for walkies with mom during her lunch break. Ok, so it wasn't so bad!
I got my nails Dremel'd. In case you don't know what that is, that's when they use an electric thingy to smooth out your nails. I freaked out and I YELLED!!! Mom heard me and came back and told me to settle down. Then, she restrained me (gulp!) and I got Dremel'd. Boo hoo (though it didn't hurt and it was over before I knew it.)
Speaking of Boo Hoo, we're going trick or treating on Saturday 10/29 at Park Avenue. It sounds like so much fun! I can't wait- I've never been trick or treating before!!!

Not much going on here. Mom has me on a new food. It's Royal Canin's Mini Light, so I'm trimming up a bit. It's still tasty, and I get a half a cup a day. Plus, Dr. Jackie suggested I start eating Hill's Prescription Diet T/D Small Bites as a treat. I get 10 of those with my dinner each night. My teeth are beautiful!
Mom clipped Snowbeast's nails the other day. He put up a huge fuss- he even tried to bite her! Beastie is a weenie. I'm sooooo much braver than him- hey, mom! Put down those clippers! No not me!!! Nooooooooo!
Next Sunday is our Little Dogs meet up- I can't wait!
