Arrival Story:
I searched and searched for the perfect dog. After about a month or two of searching, I found a breeder that now lives about an hour away. She had two darling little boys. I visited them everyday up until they were ready to go. My first pick was originally Buttercup's brother. At 8 weeks, he (the brother) was very hyper and out of control. I wanted a dog that is both playful and mellow. I noticed that every time I came to visit, the other pup (now Buttercup) always ran and hid under the cabinets and I never got the chance to pick him up. I grew very fond of his sweet and calm temperament. When they were both ready to go, Buttercup was my pick.

Neutered!

Buttercup was neutered on May 16, 2007. He didn't seem to be in any kind of pain at all when we brought him home. He was his normal self, only a little less active. He cried and scream when I confined him to a 4x4 area because of the vet's recommendation of restricting his activities for 10 days, or so. As of today, he is doing very well, just seem a little depressed.
