Arrival Story:
We were looking for a second dog as a "housewarming" present to ourselves. We were also looking for a slightly more motivated agility dog. We selected a couple dogs at the Humane Society, but it was love at first site when we saw "Molly" tied to the desk in the office of the Shelter. After much deliberation, we came up with her new name, Karmalina, because she was going to be good karma for our brand new house. She was about 11 months old at the time, and significantly smaller. She had been living feral for the first 6 months of her life before she was picked up and adopted to a family that found she was a little too much for them. Their loss, our gain.
