My Sundays at school

The oldest "child"

In April, Buddy became an older sibling to Lucky, the bearded collie we adopted from the Fluffy Dog Rescue. Lucky is about two years old and has a LOT of energy -- more than Buddy wants to exert himself! Although Buddy always liked to see his "friends" at our old apartment complex, having a new dog around was (and continues to be) a challenge for him. Call it being spoiled and not being the only "child" anymore. Lucky enjoys playing all the time, and Buddy has learned to play a little too. He's still working on the sharing thing...

My first class

Jessie and Paul are taking me to class on Sundays where I get to see other dogs and people. The one woman even throws turkey hot dogs at me! During that class I got a lot of little treats when I heard a clicking noise. I learned the "find it" game, and how to make tight turns while on my leash. I got to follow a spoon with cheese on it -- that helped me a lot! I can't wait to go for another ride back to the class next week!
