Arrival Story:
A friend called us for help since our vet had been keeping a stray husky 'puppy' whose time was running out. We were going to take her to Humane Society and if she didn't get adopted from there, then to Husky Haven. But when we saw her she did NOT look like a puppy! She was huge -- 11 months old and already 60 lbs. So gorgeous!! She looked just like a wolf and had the most affectionate & gentle spirit about her. With Bella being so big, we thought it would be very difficult to get her adopted out. So, we took her home to figure out what to do from there. And it only took about a day to decide... despite all reason and sanity, we now have our Lucky Number Seven! :)
