Favorite Toy:
Anything that squeaks! Also golf balls, empty soda bottles, and anything she can play tug-of-war with

Favorite Food:
In addition to her kibble, she also likes cucumbers, eggs, and little pieces of buffalo meat as treats!!

Favorite Walk:
at Petco or around the apartment complex...she loves to investigate EVERYthing.

Best Tricks:
She can sit, lay down, shake hands, and "gimme five"

Arrival Story:
Sundance came from the DFW Cocker Spaniel rescue. I saw her picture on their website and it was love! Her mother was found as a pregnant stray, purebred cocker spaniel. They were not sure about the breed of the father(s), but they thought it could have been a lab. We thought so too, but as she got a little older and not much bigger, and people kept asking if she was a chihuahua, we started to question it. Basically, we are not sure what breed(s) her other half is, but we love her anyway!!

Sundance is our little pistol! She will play tug-of-war until she collapses, literally. She loves to roll on anything with a scent, be it good or bad! She will chase a laser pointer for hours, with energy to spare. She is very attached to her mommy and daddy, but other people she is shy around. We spent all of her puppyhood socializing and trying to get her to warm up around strangers, and while she did make some progress, she is still somewhat unsure. She does make a good watchdog though with her barking, almost too good! : )

Yesterday mommy and daddy took me out to the walking trail near our apartment. It was soooo fun! I kept running from one side of the path to the other just trying to see and smell everything! So many new smells! We saw a few people on the walk, and some of them were on these things with two big wheels that zoomed by. I think they call them bikes. Anyway, one man pet me and said I was really pretty! It was hot outside though, and when we got home I drank lots and lots of water. Mommy said she will buy me one of those portable doggy water bowls, that would be great! I love going for walks!

Hi fellow Dogsters! Wow, I can't believe my mommy made me my very own webpage! BTW, I love this bones feature, 'cause I am teething and I LOVE to chew!

Well, this weekend was fun. My mommy and daddy went to something they called an anniversary and they couldn't take me, so I got to stay with a nice lady and play with her dog. I think I finally met a dog with more energy than me, wow, I was tired when mommy and daddy picked me up yesterday! Mommy says I can't go to my puppy class today because it is a holiday, whatever that means. I am not so sure I like this "holiday" business, I wanna go play with my friends! Oh well, maybe I can get them to take me to Petco today, that would be awesome! Well, I am going to go find something to play with, bye! *ZOOM!*
