Arrival Story:
I found Frodo on Petfinder.com. I was looking for an Australian Shepherd, and really wanted a pure bred dog, but while I was searching, I couldn't help but fall in love with his picture. He was in a litter of 4 puppies that were rescued from a pound in Ohio. I was willing to drive 60 miles to pick him up, and he showed up at 59.8!! When I drove to pick him up, he was playing in the yard with the other puppies. I squatted down as they all ran to me. Frodo must have known he was mine because he high tailed it ahead of the other dogs and jumped on me.

Bio:
Frodo is a published author and had a regular column in the Western Pennsylvania Humane Society's volunteer newsletter entitled "Advice From the Dog". He also loves to run with me when I go in-line skating.
