Arrival Story:
We found an add for puppies north of the city and immediately called. An hour later, we took a cab to a scary part of town and picked up our fluffy, flea infested puppy. She was the runt of the litter and the last to go to home. We rushed her back to our apartment, called the vet, and got her all cleaned up. She's been spoiled rotten ever since.
Bio:
Shelby is a center city Philly dog. She barely passed doggie school with a D- but she makes up for her academic failure with her cheerful personality and good looks.
