Arrival Story:
My son's friend knew of Tessa and that she was being kept in a basement tied up to a corner, sitting in her feces and urine. My son's friend told me about her and I told him to tell the owners that if they didn't give the dog up that I would call Animal Control. They gave her up and I took her, but I still called Animal Control, because before they got rid of her, they had gotten 2 other puppies. I guess they didn't think she was "cute" any longer since she was growing up.
